I love the people at the Wood Forest Elizabeth City NC Branch. So very helpful and very nice. Not to mention the bank itself is wonderful. Love their bank apps. And how they do business. I have been there 1 year and enjoy my banking experience.

Holy crap. I have never experienced lazy employees unlike any other at Woodforest in Elizabeth City at Tanglewood Pkwy. They are ignorant and rude. Today I called them for 30 STRAIGHT MINUTES and they declined every single call. It was urgent. I had to drive 30 minutes there just to ask a simple question. When I was leaving, they said come visit us instead of calling next time.
I urge anyone with Woodforest to switch banks and new visitors to STAY AWAY!
