I ordered the cheese bacon fries appetizer with bacon only on half due to my daughter doesn't eat bacon, the waitress put in the order and came back to tell me that the cook said either I get bacon on all or none!! I have never been so disrespected and rudely handled before in a restaurant. I have heard the rumors of other people being treated this way here and I couldn't believe it, until now. Wow. Never again. We have been there on numerous occasions and have let a few things slide but this is the topper!! Unbelievable. Zero stars!! This was my experience.
I first want to say that this score is not due to our waitress (she was kind and she made sure the table was clean and the drinks were full) this is towards the quality of the food we received. My mother and I were heading back from a trip and decided to eat at this establishment; my mother ordered the chicken salad while I ordered the broiled salmon. The chicken in the salad my mother received tasted old and dry, it was just mayo and chicken thrown over a bowl of veggies. My mother had to scoop the chicken of the salad because she couldn’t bare to eat it. The salmon I received had little to no seasoning, so it tasted only like ocean water; it was as if they just took the fish out of the fridge and threw it right into the oven. The veggies and sides I received was very bland as well. I’m surprised that this restaurant received such high reviews, the people in this town must of never had a good hearty meal, because this was nothing close.
My husband and I ate here today for the first time I had shrimp mash potato and Cole slaw he had a chicken sandwich Mac and cheese and green beans everything was great ! Waitress was super sweet. If you like Cole slaw you have to try it I'm going to say it's the best I ever had I even ordered some to take home. Oh and the price is average
