On a good note, I throughly enjoyed driving the car that they upgraded to a Ford Focus, because they didn't have an economy car that I signed for. Thank you very much and I will continue to bring my business to you.
I would have love to given you a 5 star, my reason for not doing that because lack of good customer service. When a customer walks in your establishment, it would be nice to acknowledge the customer regardless how busy each Enterprise associates are.
For example: "All it takes is a brief look at a customer that just arrived and say hello and we will be with you as soon possible and that we apologized that you have to wait." "Or if there's another associate on the premise how wise it would be to page them to assistant. You will always have a happy customer, even if they have to wait, but PLEASE acknowledge them as soon as they arrive. How sweet that would be. Thank you and hope that on my next visit my treatment will be a much better one.

Rented two weekends in a row. First weekend was great. Friendly and reasonable. This past weekend was awful. I asked for an intermediate vehicle and was given a compact. I returned the car sooner the second weekend than the first and was charged for an extra day even though I was given a compact car instead of an intermediate. The new manager was very insincere and her only excuse was that she was the new manager and things were different. Terrible communication and if the second weekend is how it's going to be from now on I will never rent there again.
Great staff!! From the driver that picks you up, to the branch manager. They are all professional. It is a rural city, so make sure to reserve your car in advanced. I have been renting from this branch exclusively since 2013 and I haven’t had one bad experience. One time a rental cut off on me, and the manager Norma, met me at my location with another rental. Switched me into a similar rental on the spot and I was on my way. Great service! And they all know me by name!
I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS BRANCH FOR YEARS AND MY RECENT EXPERIENCE LEFT A BITTER TASTE IN MY MOUTH. I RESERVED MY VEHICLE ONLINE FOR AN 11 AM PICKUP A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE FRIDAY I NEEDED IT. I GET TO THE BRANCH AND AT FIRST EVERYTHING GOES SMOOTHLY ACCORDING TO PLAN. SO I LEAVE WITH A VEHICLE AND GET A MINUTE DOWN THE ROAD TO REALIZE A TAIL LIGHT WAS OUT. SO I RETURN TO THE BRANCH AND THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND TELL ME THAT ITS A QUICK FIX. SO I AGREE TO WAIT AND RETURNED AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR . IT TOOK LONGER THAN THEY EXPECTED TO FIX THE ISSUE. SO THEY UPGRADE ME FOR FREE AND GIVE ME A 2ND CAR. AT FIRST SIGHT THIS VEHICLE SEEMS GREAT, UNTIL YOU OPEN THE DRIVER DOOR AND THERE IS A LARGE 6" X 12" RED STAIN ON THE SEAT. THE SALES ASSOCIATE EXPLAINS THAT IT WAS SOME SORT OF "SAUCE" THAT WAS SPILLED BUT IT CLEARLY LOOKED LIKE MENSTRUAL BLOOD THAT WAS STAINED IN. NONE THE LESS..... I KEEP THE VEHICLE BECAUSE AT THIS POINT I WAS JUST READY TO BEGIN MY TRIP. I START MY WAY TO MARYLAND AROUND 130 PM FINALLY. I MAKE A FEW STOPS IN VIRGINIA AND NOTICE THE TAGS ON THE 2ND CAR EXPIRED ON 6/17. THE RENTAL DATE WAS 8/25/17. SO I CALLED AND THEY CHECK THEIR RECORDS TO SEE THAT THEY SIMPLY FORGOT TO PUT THE NEW STICKER ON. AT THIS POINT MY CHOICES ARE TO CONTINUE AND TAKE THE RISK OF CONTINUALLY BEING PULLED OVER, BACK TRACK 1 1/2 HOURS BACK TO THIS BRANCH OR BACK TRACK TO THE NEAREST AIRPORT. I CHOSE TO GO TO THE NORFOLK AIRPORT. THEY WERE EXTREMELY BUSY BUT VERY HELPFUL. AFTER ABOUT A 30-45 MINUTE WAIT THEY HAD A VEHICLE RETURN BUT THEY HADN'T HAD A CHANCE TO CLEAN IT. NO WORRIES...... IT WAS JUST SOME GRASS ON THE FLOOR. FINALLY AFTER A 3RD VEHICLE AND 6 HOURS AFTER MY RENTAL PICK UP TIME....... I FINALLY CONTINUE MY JOURNEY. WHEN I DID MY ONLINE RESERVATION.... I CLEARLY SELECTED A 530 PM RETURN TIME AS WAS STATED ON MY EMAIL SENT BY ENTERPRISE. SOMEHOW THIS BRANCH HAD IT DOWN FOR ME TO RETURN AT 11AM ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. SO I GET BACK AND A DIFFERENT SALES ASSOCIATE ATTEMPTS TO COMPLETE MY RENTAL, HOWEVER THE CHARGES ARE NOT WHAT WAS PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED WHEN I ORIGINALLY GOT MY RENTAL. I ASK FOR JENNA , THE MANAGER ON DUTY BECAUSE SHE WAS THERE ON THE FRIDAY I PICKED UP MY RENTAL AND WAS AWARE OF ALL THE ISSUES I HAD ENDURED. AFTER SPEAKING WITH HER..... SHE BLATANTLY CALLED ME A LIAR ABOUT THE RENTAL PRICE AGREEMENT. SHE WAS RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND TRIED TO STAND ME DOWN THAT I AGREED TO A PRICE I DIDN'T. SHE MADE ME SO UPSET THAT I STEPPED OUT OF CHARACTER AND USED A FEW UNPROFESSIONAL WORDS. I DON'T MIND PAYING FOR ANYTHING I AGREED TO PAY. IT WASN'T A MONEY ISSUE. I JUST WANTED TO PAY WHAT I AGREED TO WHEN I LEFT FRIDAY. EITHER WAY..... THIS BRANCH MADE THE BEGINNING AND THE END OF MY 35TH BIRTHDAY WEEKEND VERY PAINFUL AND MADE ME MISS AN ENTIRE DAY OF MY VACATION. NEEDLESS TO SAY I MAY JUST TRAVEL TO THE NORFOLK AIRPORT FOR MY RENTAL NEEDS FROM NOW ON.
Even though I had the truck for 3 days, they only charged me for 2 because of a mix up with Labor Day. This was my first time renting a car and they made it easy and relaxing for me. They answered all of my questions quickly and honestly. The staff were a joy to interact with. I will be traveling for spring break of 2018 and will certainly use this location for my rental! Thank you guys for doing a great job!
