Do not take your car for "service" to these rip off hacks. They will tell you something bigger is going on to charge you more. I had a simple task of needing a tire sensor programmed. Told the desk clerk I needed a tire pressure sensor programmed, which I just bought the day before from AutoZone, and had a new rim, tire and sensor installed by a local tire guy who did not have the programming tool. Took it to these Yahoo's couple days later and while waiting for service, got a call an hour later from the desk clerk stating the tire pressure system needed to be totally reset. When I got my bill it stated they charged me for another sensor, installation and the system reset. Lost business
My company vehicle needed the spare put on and they told me they couldn’t do a quick 30 minute tire swap because they’re too booked out. Also took my car there last week, and now my radio in my car doesn’t work and when I told them it was working fine before I gave it to them for care, they said it was nothing they could do. They’ll never get my business again!!
