The car wash in totality was good with powerful vacuums. Three things I didn’t like: the lady when you pay speaks broken English and does a horrible job describing packages and prices which was a big turn off. Second, he guys that scrub after pricing did a very quick brush that led to my car still having bugs on the hood and the grill which disappointed me considering I blew 20$ on a car wash. Last, the guy that assists you in putting your car on the washing tracks was rude and didn’t describe what to do well. A sign that says put your car in neutral and don’t break would be better. Would have been a solid four stars had it not been for the bugs on my hood and grill.

It is the best automatic car wash I've used, but it's just an automatic car wash. Two men attempt, unsuccessfully, to scrub the mirrors and front. At the end there is a very powerful blower attempting to dry the vehicle. It almost succeeds. Then your have a nice place to use, read you use it yourself, a powerful vacuum. Oh yes, clean rags and a spritzer bottle with water are provided for you, yes you, to finish cleaning the car. All this self help comes with a minimum price of $22. By comparison at my other home, in Atlanta, I pay "Hoppy's" $19 (and a $5 tip) to completely clean the inside and outside which ends with two men taking 5-10 minutes insuring all is clean and dry. In a region, and yes I'm a native Tarheel, where people don't really expect more than average, this place will probably get great reviews. If average or less is all you expect, or you enjoy doing the work you are paying others for, you will be at least minimally satisfied here. Otherwise? Not so much. But again, as automatic car washes go, this is one of the best, but you're paying for much more actual cleaning than you get.
