Pharmacy staff are horrible, but regular store employees are usually very friendly and helpful. Weekends are always the busiest times to come, but M-F from around 6-noon, you'll find open lanes and extremely courteous staff.
I asked for help found what I needed quickly. 10 days before Christmas I was able to get in and out quickly.
No one cares at this store. From managers down to employees. You can clearly tell there is no repercussions to their actions.
Pharmacy does offer a drive-up window for your convenience but staff usually take forever with this method.
Avoid pickup program. A big scam. Check this out. They will email product is ready for pickup. Won't mention pickup ends at 8 even though they email us at 8. So after that wasted trip on the second try they substituted the item with something entirely different. Oh. They don't I'd so great way to have your items stolen.
Many very friendly people who work here. Unfortunately not everyone really tries to care....and get away with it for some reason. Mostly great place but can't give it 5 stars.
