I took a guitar I had never used with a case and DVD +3 knives a Gerber knife and 2 very nice S&W knives and they wanted to give me $12 $2 for the knives and $10 for the guitar that's insane I had another pawn shop offer me $5 just for the gerber and had a guitar shop appraise my guitar at around $40 (they didn't have a Licence to buy it) I didn't even want cash I just wanted to trade them for a Boker Kalashnikov plus their customer service is always terrible they honestly dont deserve 1 star but 1 is the lowest it goes only good thing about them is they do have some cool stuff (always overpriced tho) just get rid of the of the staff and u could have a decent business
My dad also bought a gun from them and he had a great experience when he went they were very helpful what all the questions he'd they also have him a really good deal on a gun as well and would also recommend them if your in the market for a gun as well
Very nice Staff there. In Germany we don't have these kind of stores. The employee (i guess it was the owner) showed and explained us a hell lot of guns! I felt very comfortable! Keep up the great work!
Had new watch battery installed in October. Watch stopped again. Took it back and left, was told they would call. They didn't. The last time, after 2 weeks and 5 calls. I called and was told " he is working on it now" . That was before he asked my name!!!! Went and picked it up that day. Was told it was electrical, took to Saslows in mall, new battery works great. Ripped off and never again, Chauncey's!!!!!
Went in looking for a specific rifle, the salesman was helpful in finding the one I wanted with several options in terms of new and used. He even was kind enough to show me a few other guns I had no interest in buying that day. Left satisfied with exactly what I needed. This is the second gun I've bought from them and I'll continue my patronage. Also, I see a lot of negative reviews reguarding customer service, in my experience the sales staff are strictly business, which is to be expected. You're buying a gun not a computer or a car, they're jut going to hold your hand. And if you're not buying you're wasting their time, and why should they bother taking down 15 guns and answering 50 questions you probably know the answer to, but feel like asking to look smart.
