Elizabeth city office are very rude and unprofessional. Can not wait to pay them off and I will never go back. If your a week late they threaten to send you to collection. We haven't missed a payment but we have been late and each time they call very rude and demanding. Worst experience I have ever had with a financial institution and wI'll never give them my money again.
