I am always looking to expand my knowledge when it comes to fitness I was fortunate enough to be able to work with power lifting guru Paul Bossi. Fitness is a personal investment that always will accrue a positive return. If you are looking to get in shape mind,body and spirit there is no better place to train.

Most well-rounded gym that this area has to offer. REAL squat racks and free weights. Nice new machines. I've been a member for at least 5 years now and it keeps getting better. Love the people who run it, they treat you like family.
