I just had worst experience I've ever had there and unsure if I'll ever go back. I guess if I did I would have to request certain people. I went with my stepmom. She was seated before me and the lady I ended up sitting next to was there before both of us. Needless to say I was done before both of them. It was a rushed job. My stepmom had a brain tumor and struggles with understanding so I told the person that was doing her pedicure that she wanted white tips...next thing I knew she was sitting getting her hands done and they only put clear on her feet. I'm not one to complain and make a scene but was not impressed at all this time!! My stepmom had never had her hands done and she messed them up by not waiting for them to dry....she got charged more for that...I felt like we were in an assembly line....
Really great nail salon, wonderful people and prices. They took their time to do a fantastic job with polish and prep work. Will be coming back for sure! I didn't make an appointment and was seen right away even though they were very busy.
Didn't like how the person was rushing while doing my nails especially when there were hardly any customers. The person was nice and I'm not saying she should have spent all day on me but if she didn't rush like she had 20 people waiting behind me then she wouldn't have made so many mistakes while doing my nails. Other than that everyone was nice and next time I'll ask the guy Chris to do my feet and my nails because he seem like the one people gravitate to lol.
