The old adage which says that you find out who your true friends are in a crisis is true! After the recent cold weather we all experienced in Elizabeth City, my lovely house fell to serious water damage. Not only was my house inspected for damages in a matter of days -- not, weeks! I received a check almost immediately. I am so impressed with the team at NC Farm Bureau Elizabeth City. Kent Hill wrote an excellent policy for my house, and the customer service has also been excellent.
Before, I explored FB, a friend recommended another company which I checked out first. Needless to say, I was not impressed with their customer service. Thankfully, I followed my instincts and came to FB. I happily give them five stars!!!
