I shopped at kay in Elizabethcity 1time and that was my last time the customer service is the worst I've ever seen and the manager of the store has the worst atitud.I can get better service at McDonald's.so I went to kay for the second time in va.at Edinburgh and I got the best service you could ask for it's sad to say I have to go to va. To get good service but it is worth every mile and I will continue to go to that store!!
Customer service was great I bought a cross necklace the guy even tried it on for me and cleaned my necklace
