Ordered my food at 7:45. Called at 8:15 to ask where it was. Said on their way. Called at 9:00. Said on their way. It is now 9:30 and still nothing. What kind of service is that??
I ordered online just after 10pm for delivery. After my order was accepted, I received a phone call from a gentleman who was informing me that Domino’s doesn’t deliver to “certain areas” after 9pm for driver safety. Less money does not equal more danger, but thank you for reminding me of my social status!
No problem placing the order, but the tracker showed the order as being delivered (for a few minutes), and when I called the store the phone has just rang and rang...it's now been several minutes past when the tracker said my order had been delivered and still no food and no answer! Poor :(
Normally punctual and quick to deliver but having to wait over an hour is unacceptable. Poor planning on their part for being unprepared for a Saturday night
UPDATE: the driver just mow showed up, almost a full hour and thirty minutes after my order was placed! He was very apologetic, offering the reason that it was just him and one other person working. When he asked if I still wanted it, of course I told him no (I had already placed an order with Papa John's)
Hands down the best delivery in our area. Never had any issues amd its always hot and the order is away right. They have the friendliest and most respectful drivers.
