It happened again! ...and it gets more frustrating every time. Here's a suggestion: if you're going to operate what is supposed to be two alternating order areas then make sure to alternate; simple.
They are ALWAYS very polite, friendly and respectful. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes and the food is great. I've never had a bad sandwich or experience at this Chick-fil-A.
