best school in Elizabeth City/Pasquotank County
The building itself could use some updating but the faculty is AMAZING!!!! I have NEVER known teachers that cared so much about their students and the principal is awesome!!! I can honestly say any time I have had an issue it has been addressed an resolved quickly. Mr. Neal and Mr. Paulette are great, and the teachers are fantastic. I'm a proud Dolphin parent!! :)
