Have had my machine cleaned there a few times and received great service..took my embroidery machine there 4 months ago and was told parts were not made anymore for my machine that they would look for me and try and find what was needed... I picked up my machine 4 months later ..took to a different janome dealer and he shipped it to janome and in two weeks it was fixed.....they do have the parts....was upset when I found out that could have been done in the first place....
Great service today (Saturday)! I brought a Janome Embroidery machine last year and everytime I have a question or problems, they accommodate me, no matter whose on duty. Keep up the good work!
