Dropped our dog off on Wednesday and picked up on Monday. NOT HAPPY. They told me she would get a bath before I picked her up and asked the time I was going to be picking her up. They also told me to bring her any special toys or blankets she likes. I took her special blanket and when I picked our Lucy up this morning they couldn't find it. So that tells me it wasn't with our dog. She also did not get a bath like they said she would. This makes me question if they gave the shots I paid for. They did call me and said they found her blanket it was in the washer. Then said she was going to wash it and it be ready for pick up later today. If you found it in the washer they why would you rewash it. Doesn't make sense. So time to find a new vet. The staff is nice during the week but the weekend staff must not be the smartest.

Hours on Google and on their personal website are misleading. Hours on their website say that they take patients from 9 a.m. till noon but when you get there at 11:58 they tell you that they stop taking patients at 11:30! Wasted 25 minutes driving there with my animal and 4yr old just to be told that I could return at 3 if I wanted. Irritated doesn't begin to describe how I felt on my 25 minute drive home. I only went there because it was 15 minutes closer than my normal vet and I was only looking for a nail trim. Should have taken the time to go to my trusted vet.
Nice big and clean waiting room. They are the only vet in a 50 mile radius that offers heartworm prevention shots. They don't accept appointments so the wait time is pretty long and they are extremely busy.
