Good honest people. Small local company. I'm not one to leave reviews but I had to when I saw someone left a 1 star. I've only been there a few times but the manager has always been there and somehow knows me by name.

Counter person very helpful. Took time to find alternative replacement. Found what I needed.
Mower schedumed for pick up for repair. 24 hours after scheduled pick up mowet still sitting in front yard. No call from Brady
Took my push mower in 11 days ago. Called to see if it was ready and of course they did not answer the phone. This is pretty much everytime you call, and no call back. Drive over there to check and they haven't even started it. No manager available and counter help is very abusive. They can't even find our paper work. Asked to have the manager call us. How much do you want to bet that never happens. I would never recommend taking anything to Brady's.
