DO NOT buy a major appliance here!! Save your self from a ton of frustration and headaches. I ordered a refrigerator here (on Nov. 5) and they promised it would be delivered by Nov. 20 and that someone would contact me about 48 hours before to set up a delivery time. Well, no one called. So I called the store, I could not get anyone from the appliance department to respond. I finally got a hold of someone in customer service and all she was able to tell me was that the delivery date was changed to the 29th now. Well, that would have been nice to know way ahead of time because I needed my fridge BEFORE thanksgiving! Now, it's the 28th and no one has called AGAIN to set up a time for the "new" delivery date and their phone lines are glitching. I will not be buying any appliances from Lowes ever again!!
This store is small for a Lowe's. The Tool World is so packed you can't move around. Well not with a cart. And through out the store the floor was packed with displays and ladders. As if they are packing a big store inventory into a small store. Would hate for there to be an emergency in this place.
We had to get a lawn mower fixed, and we still had a warrenty on it and they said it was be at most two weeks to get it fixed. It has now been five weeks and we still do not have our lawn mower back. And customer service is horrible. Never waste your money on the warranty it is not worth the trouble.
So many Christmas decorations! Love this store! Always find what we need! TODAY was for feeding the birds, Christmas flags and taking care of those dreaded mice!
I had some delays in-store shipping orders but all employees are always friendly and helpful.
