I didn't make an appointment to strain my back cutting down a tree. But they expect an appointment for you to see them. There are several massage therapy centers in the city limits. I'm sure I'll find one more customer friendly.
Sent my mother-in-law for a massage and she left more stressed than when she showed up. The massage therapist complained about her life the entire massage. Will not use again! Also I contacted the company to inform them what happened and to rectify the situation, I have yet to receive a response.
