I am so mad right now and sick. I took my English Setter for a trim on Saturday. Little did I know that the person had burned him so much with the clippers. It didn't show up until the next day and is worse behind his ears today. I am just sick over it. I couldn't get the girl I had before because she no longer works there. So the owner trimmed him. I thought she would really be great because she was the owner. Well, she burned him on his hind quarters both legs, On both ears, inside and out. They are now all scabbed over. He is shaking his head and slinging his ears around. She shaved all of his whiskers off. I will never go back. I am so upset. I have put Triple Antibiotic on. And it took almost 5 hours for this. I have not stopped apologizing to my dog. I contacted the owner to inform her of this, she said she was sorry, but did not offer to refund my money. Update: I had to take my dog to the vet, he did not have any energy, would not eat and did not want to get out of his bed. He is being treated for Staph Dermatitis. His ears are scabbed over and oozing. He is pitiful and I am so sad for him. He has to stay on antibiotics for 14 days, antibiotic ointment for 7 days, and another pill for inflammation. I called the owner to inform her of this, she was not available. I asked for her to return my call. The owner has returned my call, asked me to send her my vet bill, I did almost 3 weeks ago. She said she would pay it. So far to date, 23 May 2016 she has not paid me. Tired of waiting, I went there today and she did pay my vet bill. My dog is feeling better, but is still not himself. It is my hope this doesn't happen to another dog.

They always do wonderful with Roxy, she always come back looking amazing and smelling great! She always seems to have fun and she never minds to return for another hair cut. Best place around.

Great that I got my dog taken care of today, BUT my 70pound dog came out of there not acting herself. I spent money on cleaning, nails, ears, de-shedding, brush her teeth. Clean yes, still wet yes. De-shed yes??? I don't know what they do to de-shed but I shouldn't pick her up with fur still flying off her and then go on a 22minute drive and get home and have to brush her and literally take off three full bushes worth of fur. Also when she got home she was sooo dehydrated. She sprinted to her bowl and drank water like she has never have before. Thanks for the service but I will not put my girl through that again.
