I was informed at the initial listing visit that if not satisfied, you can fire them. That has worked out that they seem to be deliberately sabotaging the seller/client-realtor relation ship by sparking a communication break down.
I'm just one individual and maybe this review will help or not help some one to ponder whether they want to call or sign on with Taylor Mueller in Elizabeth City, NC....during business with them for 90 days and then relisting with them again under a different realtor only to not have my propety listed on the MLS, nor new pics taken, no answers to some specific questions only birthed mistrust and an uneasy feeling....so I guess God had a lesson once again for me to learn.
One realtor from another company agreed with me when I commented to her, "The real estate business seems like a game."

It is my prayer (again) that the Lord will guide me to on the right path to the right realtor in time. Realtors probably are not going to assume blame or responsibility for the communication break down and losing a client.
Long story short, when I have to call, text, email with questions and no reply for over 24 to 48 to 72 hours that lets me know they aren't in need of money nor my business (after all)or have lost interest.
I'm not likely to use this realty company to represent or assist me on my home sell or buying. I (over time) have come to mistrust and lose confidence that this company(two of their realtors) won't have my best interest at heart.
Had a horrific rental experience but the ladies in the office did refund me my money.
It's the 4th company and no one seems to wan't to be upfront and honest with any answers to some of my questions...only want to get a head count for my listing( they hardly need the commission my property would have brought, however),but my property is not complete in the rehabs due to my being unable to work now secondary to an accident...so can not hire contractors back out to finish some upgrades.
