Was greeted with big warm smile from the moment I walked in. Then was promptly seated and was greeted again by my waitress and she was very prompt about putting in my order. Other staff members were very nice. Food was cooked to order and very delicious. Thanks IHOP staff. Merry Christmas
I came here a couple times. But I came tonight 11-22-17 and I was seated and after ten minutes I still didn’t have a waitress come to the table so I up and left and the lady at the register didn’t talk to me or anything she didn’t even care. Two of the waitresses there were just constantly going and sitting in the back to talk and just look out every now and then. I don’t think I will ever come back and I liked it at first.
Get your eggs sunny side up. Order any other way, and you may get powdered eggs instead of real ones. Hash browns must have been made in a pan, as they came in a square form with a almost burn top.... Honestly, I hate to say it but the quality of food at IHOP must have gone down. The pancakes and sausage links are still great, but everything else could use some love.... To be fully honest, Id rather goto a greasy Waffle House and get my food cooked right in front of me, so at least I know that it's real food... I stopped eating powdered eggs when I left boot camp in the Navy....
went in today 11-29-17 at 1 pm. Not busy at all, less than 10 people (I counted). Didn't order anything complicated 2 eggs, 2 pancakes. I waited over 30 minutes, staff standing around laughing etc. I finally just let. I will not be going back!
Many times I come here the service is excellent. But not as often as I'd like. The food is good but the service can vary...a little too much.
