Dining room had a large puddle in front of the soda machine. Floor needed sweeping and tables needed wiping. It wasn't busy so I don't understand why the help ( which was just standing around ) didn't clean up.
Food all tasted burned. The air outside smelled burned. The floor was slippery and everything felt unclean. The drink machine in the dining room was completely out of all diet drinks and had no flavor addings. Service was slow and they all seemed confused.
My wife and myself love this place. We especially love the salad menu and the choices they offer. I've tried all the salads with chicken and I'd can recommend them all but my favorite is the house fried chicken one. Make me hungry just thinking about it. Also this place is very clean and all the employees are friendly.
First time ever at a Zaxby's. The drive thru speaker was impossible to understand, received the wrong sandwich which was very sloppily put together, cheese sauce on the top and sides of the top bun.
It was trash . The cashier girl didn’t know what she was doing with my order . And took forever
The sandwich I ended up getting was a grilled chicken with some sweet cheesy sauce, and despite the other problems it was so tasty I feel they deserve all but 1 star back. I fully expected a dried-undercooked-overcooked etc., chicken whatever, but this was AWESOME. Thick piece of grilled chicken cooked perfectly and the bun was even good, however because it was so messy I ended grabbing the chicken and eating it by itself. So to sum up, EAT HERE, and be prepared to truly enjoy whatever they choose to serve you.
