Ask why if I paid am I not considered having an appointment? "Well it's just our system. It's not very user friendly.
I live 1 hour out of town with no weekend medical care available.
It literary took complaining for them to decide that they should take me back next.
I was greeted by a very gentle and courteous front staff who showed care and concern when I said why I was there. Both Faith & Tamara were kind and professional. I did not have to wait as long as I expected. The 2 ladies in the back were excellent, I failed to get their names. My Provider Racheal Shaddeau was the type of person I hoped for in getting help. I was suffering from severe back pain and all the staff treated me gently, with concern and caring even while being professional. I would not hesitate to go there again if I needed urgent care. I will highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care to my family & friends. Thank all of you for your help today, June 26, 2017.

Urgent Care saved me from a hospital emergency room visit with much more cost and wait time.
Have been here several times and received great care. However the wait times are long. The only real problem I have is while waiting there is no room and I am exposed to people who smoke and with asthma it is hard
Came in and paid after an hour waiting they took my payment for services. 2 hours later still sitting in the waiting room as people just keep coming in and going back. Ask why and get told we know you paid but these people signed up online so we have to keep pushing you going back and back even though you paid already. Asked so how much longer. Got told there are more people signed up online so if they show we cannot tell you.
It's one thing to wait in doctors office when you haven't paid and get pushed back for other patients. It's a completely different thing when you take someone's money and say Thanks but your not a patient until we feel like fitting you, thanks again for your money.

for me to sit there and be able to breathe. Should be some way to separate this so I don't have an asthma attack waiting to be seen. I had to leave today before being seen due to that very reason.
Every time I take my kids wonderful service a bit of a wait , but very satisfied and after the visit I always get a follow up phone call which we appreciate very much
