The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but it is nice on the inside. The rooms were spacious, and even had enough room for me to roll out a yoga mat and do my pilatrs in the room! The staff were very nice, the rooms/bathrooms were clean and well-appointed. There were plenty of fresh towels in the bathroom and there's a microwave and refrigerator in the rooms. It is a great hotel for the price, and I would definitely stay here again
Just OK because no open space outside to mingle or get fresh air. No good outside views. The pool area was tight and pool not clean. Breakfast/coffee free with french vanilla creamer...was less than average but it was free and somewhat of a variety. Friendly service! Rooms were good, comfortable. Beds were good enough but not luxury...I had a good night's sleep. Prices this time of year extremely too high! However, Comfort inn and suites in Williamsburg, Va is 5 Stars!!!
It's clear to me that somebody is trying to make the place better or updated. It's just not making me feel excited. It makes me not want to be here.
I'm not happy. I was initially placed in room 212 and it had a foul odor of stale cigarettes and mustiness emanating from the air conditioner. The MOD quickly and professionally accommodated my request for a new room. The new room reeks of an air freshener. It's not making the room feel fresh. It just overpowering. I feel like I am in Florida with all of the popcorn ceiling.
First, it's clean. Second it's big. Third it's beautiful. I love it. I could actually live in this room. Perfect. The only negative is it's not pet friendly. So, I won't be staying here again until after my Yorkie (baby) passes. Disappointed in this comfort inn for not being pet friendly. They are family too.
This hotels give the definition of a great Hotel it has my five star votes the complimentary breakfast is extremely well and I am extremely happy to have picked a place to stay that can satisfy my needs in this type of Hotel industry
