Was lied to about delivery date and or availability for pick up.
Ordering the mattress was amazing and I got amazing help, however trying to get the mattress delivered was another issue, email said I would be called before arrival, was called after they had sat and waited, when I got home there was no note on the door saying they had been there, when I left my home to go to the branch that I got the mattress from there was a note magically on my door knob, which means they showed up, didn't knock or inform me in anyway, when I went to branch to say what happened I was met with terrible customer service accused of lying, was told my mattress would be delivered today, but I received no call or email to confirm, now I'm trying to call the branch which opens at 1000 but they are " All in Virginia Beach" for a meeting even though another branch picks up the phone

Donna Jean was absolutely amazing. She made me and my fiancé's day buy showing up how important it is to invest in a good quality bed. It truely is one of the most important investments we will ever make together. We went in not expecting to get anything at all but just look around because to be honest we were going to get something super cheap somewhere else and we know now that we would have not been happy at all! Donna gave us an amazing deal, we would have been stupid not to take. We are so excited about our new bed that will be here soon. Thank you so so much! This is a dream come true, from someone that suffers from chronic back problems!
terrible customer service, the worst. Bed under a 10 year warranty and no one will answer the phone or email at customer service. Was on hold thirty plus minutes three times and no one picked up
