Service department sucks. I bought my Ford Escape from Hall Ford and have always taken the vehicle to you for service. I have never been happy with the quality of the service, nor with the level of customer service I received from you. On my last visit, I dropped the vehicle off the night before so that you could get an early start on it the next morning, which I was assured you would. The vehicle was not even looked at until after 3pm. When I went to pick it up, the afternoon of the next day, the major problem was taken care of but other items on the list were not. One item I asked to be checked was the headlights which did not seem to be adjusted correctly. I recently took my car to Toyota EC for its normal service. On checking out the vehicle they asked how I could see at night as the headlights were adjusted down and not where they should have been. Aside from the shoddy service you provide, I feel I was also treated badly. Your "service advisor" does not advise - nor update. Customer service sucks. No call backs. No updates. And, generally not really caring about me or my vehicle. So long Hall Ford, I am going to Toyota EC for all my vehicle service for now on.
Had a recall that needed taken care of on a car I purchased there, because the door would not latch. They said they would mail me a letter when the parts came in.? Yes mail, not call or email, but us mail. Called Priority Ford and they had 2 recalls done and the door closing again in 4 hrs. Will never purchase another vehicle at Hall again, service department is terrible and with cars it's just a matter of time until you need it. It's bad that a dealership I didn't purchase from cared more than Hall about my families safety.

I purchased my used Ford Edge from this location, even though I live in Virginia Beach. I typically will use a closer Hall location for service, but when I needed to get something fixed that was under manufacturer warranty, I decided to take my car to Hall Ford in Elizabeth City, NC (about an hour from my house). Amanda O'connor in the service department is AMAZING. I was able to text with her during the process (which is amazing during the work day) and she set up a rental car for me close to my house since the process was going to take longer than planned.
