Great Service! Wow! What great service. I took my 2008 Ford Escape in for service with Toyota of Elizabeth City for the first time. I had previously taken it to the big Ford dealer in EC for it’s service. I have never been happy with the way I was treated there, nor the quality of the service. I would ask for things to be taken care of, and they did not. Their customer service was horrible.
Thank you, Toyota EC. I am glad I have found a new home for my vehicle.
Anyway, I digress, the quality of service I received at Toyota of EC was fantastic. My car has not driven so well since I have had it. They even washed and vacuumed it. The customer service was spectacular, to which I am not accustomed.
I have never had as pleasant an experience with buying a new vehicle! The guys made everything easy for me, and Mr. Garth in particular was so kind and a no nonsense kind of guy! I appreciated how helpful and accommodating he was by getting me water and snacks while I waited and seeing to it that I knew how to set up my new Bluetooth system through my phone! Every little detail really made an impact and I felt like my transaction was handled with care! I am thrilled with my purchase and price! I couldn’t be happier!
I believe in giving credit where it is due,that being said I would like to take the time out to thank Mr. Maurice Bennett for his awesome customer service. From the time my husband and I walked in the door he greeted us with his warm smile and was glad to help answering our questions.
