Elizabeth was really helpful. She worked with me to get the trade value I wanted and terms I needed. They gave me time to get the vehicle independently inspected and I never felt pressured to make fast decisions. Buying a used car is always somewhat risky, and I am cautious about what I buy. They understood this, and even welcomed my thoroughness. Since I have only owned my new (to me) car for a day, I can't definitively say I got a great car. I can say that I feel like I got a great car, and great deal. As of right now, I would have no problem going back to them.

It is dealers option if they want to take credit card. No business is required to take credit cards, especially large purchases. Not a better business bureau issue.

I bought a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 3 days ago. One of the best experiences I have had buying a vehicle. Financed with no problem. I saw it on internet site on Friday, went and looked at it on Sunday, test drove it on Tuesday financed it and drove it home same day.
I'm extremely happy with my experience at Midway Auto Group. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful and I was able to purchase my first vehicle(09 Chevy Impala). Our saleswoman Elizabeth, made sure that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process and was very thorough in explaining all the features of the vehicle.
Definently will be on my list of places to buy from in future.
What an absolute waste of my time!!! I spoke to Elizabeth as soon as they opened for business this morning to let her know that I was a serious buyer and already had preapproval for well over the value of the truck I was interested in and that I would be coming from over an hour away. She said that the truck was still available and that she would have it sitting up front waiting for me when I arrived. Sure enough I get to the dealer and there it is out front, I take a quick look at it and head inside ready to make a deal. I'm greeted with an awkward smile which makes me curious and then I'm informed that someone showed up about 10 mins prior to my arrival and that the TRUCK IS ALREADY SOLD and there was nothing that could be done since I did not have any money down to hold it (which I would have gladly made a deposit had I known up front.) I will absolutely never do business with this dealer and I'm more than disappointed with my experience. I guess somebody's word doesn't mean anything these days.... Lesson learned.
