Excellent experience with buying my wife a "like new" 2017 Pilot. She knew what she wanted, and found the best deal at Hall Honda. I purchased a Used Honda Accord from Hall Honda of Elizabeth City two weeks ago and my experience was amazing. Buying cars can be stressful, and I had spent a lot of time at various car lots looking for cars and talking to salespeople. Hall Honda was a refreshing experience. None of the salespeople were pushy and everyone on the lot seemed eager to help. The biggest difference in Hall Honda and other car dealerships was I actually felt like I was being listened to, instead of ignored and pushed towards cars I wasn't interested in.
As for the car, it has been reliable and enjoyable so far, I have had it for about 10 days now. All of Hall Honda's prices are over-inflated in my opinion, but they aren't bad about coming down to a more reasonable price. I much preferred their willingness to negotiate with me, over several other dealerships who would not budge on their prices (Looking at you Nissan, shameful) and were wholly unreasonable.
