Update...the service manager reached out to see what they could do to make it better but unfortunately during this conversation, it seemed as though I was only getting lame excuses for what they did. The recall item they said there was nothing wrong with is now setting off all kinds of lights on my dash. I spoke to the service manager at my original dealership, who laughed at the lame explanation the service manager gave me of how their oil works. She said with this one oil, if you drive aggressively, the oil should be changed every 3000 miles and if not then every 5000 miles. Even I know that's not how it works. I wish I could give 0 stars!
Horrible service department. My vehicle was purchased with synthetic oil and that's all I put in my vehicle s since I do all highway driving. They never asked and just assumed and put regular oil in my vehicle. I had a recall notice on my vehicle that they said they checked but Hyundai is still sending me emails that it needs to be checked. They took forever to get the oil change and tire rotation done. I will travel the extra hour to go back to my original dealer, where they give exceptional service.
I have to say, I totally love the parts department there at Ford. The staff are so friendly. It is a happy atmosphere. They will go way out of their way to find and get you what you need for your vehicle. Dealership as a whole is great. They got my business now and in the future.
